Why Group?
Group therapy has been established as an effective method for increasing personal insight and changing actual behavior. It allows participants to examine how they respond to the group, including the types of thoughts and feelings they have; and it gives them the opportunity to practice new ways of connecting and relating to others. Studies have shown that group therapy improves interpersonal relationships and boosts overall quality of life.
