As an expert in forensic psychology, Dr. Klein specializes in the administration of psychological assessments of adults, children, and adolescents. He is regularly appointed by the court and retained by the Public Defender and State Attorney, as well as by private attorneys. To date, he has conducted well over 1,500 evaluations on individuals involved in the legal system. His experience providing expert testimony in State and Federal Court, including family and drug court, has made him a sought-after forensic expert with nuanced perspective.

Dr.Klein has over 20 years experience working with children, adolescents and their families, in agency and community settings and in private practice. He has been hired as a consultant and evaluator and has worked extensively in Dependency, Delinquency and Family Court. Dr. Klein has also acted in a consulting role in “Georgetown” Multidisciplinary Team Meetings and conducted trainings on Competency to Proceed and Competency to Waive Miranda for the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s office.
